Shipping and Despatch
Items listed in stock are usually despatched within 3-5 business days. Custom pen configurations, specific wood choices, or special watch-part engraving timelines are arranged directly with the maker.
Standard delivery inside the United Kingdom is dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For service. Tracking codes are supplied via email the moment items depart the Cambridge workshop.
Official Return Policy
In alignment with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, buyers have 14 days from delivery to request a refund on standard catalogue models. Returned items must be completely unused, showing no ink stains on feed channels or nib surfaces, and packaged inside the original gift boxes.
Note on Commissions: Custom order requests, custom watch-part arrangements, and engraved items are non-refundable unless structural defects exist, as they are custom-made to individual specifications.
